No equipment needed for this exercise!
This Ankle Exercise is your best friend soon after a low to moderate grade ankle sprain or if you find your ankles and shins cramping up during activity.
This “ankle alphabet” can be done at any age and really helps relieve stiffness. I love this before or after a run, especially a hill workout or a day running in the trails.
