15 Minute Hip Mobility Program

Join me in a guided 15 minute hip mobility program that can be easily done at home or on the road.  All you need is a tennis, ball, a towel and your body.

We all spend more time sitting during the day than we would like.  Wether you’re sitting at the office, in the car, on the bus, or even on your bike, we spend A Lot of time in this position.  So take 15 minutes out of your daily routine and give your hips some much needed love!

 

If anything feels to “pinchy” or painful/ uncomfortable above a 4/10 during this program you are overdoing it! So back off on how deep you are going into the move or skip that exercise all together until you can properly review it with your healthcare practitioner.
